During the Pandemic, HSHS needed a fundraiser to replace the annual Wagon Trail Run events. During past Wagon Trail Run weekends, HSHS was very involved in the pancake feed, so we are having a Virtual Pancake Feed. Please join the virtual pancake feed by purchasing a copy of Sourdough Cookery by Laurel Bill. Laurel is a descendant of Hope's Robert Burns Mathison. The book has old family recipes and 1896 Mathison Sourdough Starter. The book costs $14.95 plus postage and Laurel will donate some of the money to HSHS.
